Allan McNeill Building

The new Allan McNeill premise in Palmerston North was a purpose built 450m2 office building with a separate glazed canopy. The simplistic design and construction of the building is nestled in behind the architecturally designed decorative screen that is a striking feature.

The building comprises of in situ concrete floor, structural steel portals, Speedwall boundary wall, and Titan exterior cladding. The internal fit out is a combination of independent and open plan offices, staff amenities, a boardroom, and a reception/waiting area.

This build was another successful design and build partnership between Colspec and a local developer with whom we've worked with on a number of projects.
