Box House - Peka Peka Beach

Colspec was excited to team up with Box to complete the construction of the second Box House in Peka Peka. We worked directly with the client, with consultation from Box provided throughout the project, which assisted in the smooth delivery of the build.

The home includes the very clever Box design details throughout, which gives the home its distinctive look. The floor area of the main home is 150m2 with a detached garage of 45m2. The exterior of the home is clad in horizontal cedar, finished against black powdercoated aluminium joinery. The interior is predominantly clad in plywood, which gives the true feeling of a Bach by the sea, whilst also being extremely practical.

The project was successfully completed with a combination of local Kapiti contractors and our own local Manawatu contractors. It was a pleasure to be involved in the construction of this home and we think the end product looks superb, words do not do this place justice.
