Stringfellows

The new premises for Stringfellows Civil Contractors was the third site complete at The Cutting Way, off Railway Road. A large site covering 6300m2 at the rear of the area, this project included landscaping and hardstand alongside the ~950m2 new structure.

As is standard for The Cutting Way, the building was produced to above code standards, with the view of minimising maintenance costs and increasing the sustainability of the site. The large warehouse zone was created to house the Stringfellows equipment needing weather protection and allow maintenance and storage as necessary. The office area has premium precast concrete panels, cedar cladding, and floor to ceiling windows that create a slick, professional look that compliments the business inside.

Colspec were proud to produce this project to our consistent high quality, for a contractor we have worked closely with on a number of project, and who has been part of the Manawatu community alongside us for many years.
