Accountant & Two36 Refurb

Colspec were engaged to undertake a complete refurbishment and extension to 236 Broadway for a multi tenancy scenario. The top floor was created for a local accountancy firm who have services the Palmerston North area for many years, while the downstairs is the new Two36 share office space.

Consisting of the demolition of a small timber extension to the rear of the structure, complete internal demolition, replacement extension of approx. 100m2 and full internal fit out over 285m2; this was a huge fit out for a high profile space. With complete new flooring internal walls and linings, suspended ceilings, partitions, kitchen space, and multiple high quality finishes; this project was a test for our crew that was passed with flying colours.
