Waiopehu College TPU

Colspec was very proud to be included in the new community project that was the Waiopehu College Teen Parenting Unit (TPU).

This build was a brand new 380m2 purpose built teen parenting unit and daycare, located within the grounds of Waiopehu College. The building envelope consists of concrete foundations and floor, structural steel portals and roof structure, timber framed walls clad in fibre cement board, longrun metal cladding, and double glazed aluminium windows and doors.

Internally the TPU is fitted out with timber walls, glazed partitions, suspended grid ceiling and purpose built timber joinery. The project also encompassed the complete works to all the external seating, hardstand and landscaping.
