Fonterra RDC - Lab Upgrade & Extension

Our latest project within the Fonterra Research and Development Centre (FRDC), consisted of an extension and upgrade to their existing labs. They had reached the end of their life cycle.

This project is situated adjacent to the PC2 Lab Upgrade that we completed in 2015 and was completed in multiple stages to accommodate our client’s requirements. Health & Safety had a major part to play during the construction as we had working laboratories on both sides and above us. This meant that the containment of noise and dust was of paramount concern.

This was another challenging and successful project between Colspec and FRDC; we look forward to the next opportunity.
