Metro Windows and Doors - New Build
The new Metro Windows and Doors factory and showroom was completed in the new commercial area at The Cutting Way, off Railway Road. This is the fourth build to be completed in the area and joins the high profile local businesses of C & R Engineering, Stringfellows Civil, and the Colspec facility ‘The Yard’.
All structures in this zone are built well above minimum standards and are designed for longevity both in spatial design and material choice. With the Metro building having a prime position in the area, its mixture of elegant and practical form are viewable from the main thoroughfare of Railway Road nearby. Construction was completed on the build that is made to stand the test of time and sustainability, with the layout being highly useable for any future uses or reconfigurations.
Colspec were excited to deliver this project for Metro Windows and Doors, a contractor who we work with on many projects throughout the Manawatu region, and believe that their product (which is used throughout the build) is amazingly showcased.
